Open the form in the MuxForms dashboard and copy the UUID shown for embed and API use. ### Why is my embed submission blocked? Add the exact site origin (scheme + host) to the form allowlist and ensure the submit token flow is used in the browser. ### What Content-Type does the API expect? application/json with field names that match the published schema. ### Do native apps need CORS?
