MuxForms on Jekyll uses _includes/muxforms.html with the embed snippet and {% include %} from contact.html. Allow https://username.github.io or your custom domain.

### github-pages gem limitations?

Custom plugins are limited; includes are allowed.

### formspree migration?

Replace form action URL with MuxForms div.

### Multiple sites?

Different form UUID per _config.yml in each repo.
