MuxForms on Netlify is the embed snippet in your site template plus an allowlisted origin (https://yoursite.netlify.app or custom domain). No netlify.toml form handling or build plugins required.

## Deploy context

Branch deploys use a different origin—add `https://deploy-preview-123--yoursite.netlify.app` when QA needs live submit.

Swap the form markup for the MuxForms div; historical rows stay in Netlify until export.
