MuxForms is a form backend SaaS for operators who run multiple websites and mobile apps. It accepts contact, lead, waitlist, and feedback submissions through an embed or REST API, validates them, stores them in Postgres, and emails the owner—without rebuilding that stack per project.

About

MuxForms is a software application for collecting contact, lead, waitlist, and feedback submissions. It is not a survey brand and not a CRM. The job is: accept a payload, validate it, store it, email you.

The product was built after repeating that job across ten mobile apps and ten websites — WordPress, Next.js, Expo — with plugins and one-off routes that never shared an inbox. Meet Souhayb Kamal Dine, founder of MuxForms and Weblak.

Checkout is handled by our payment provider. Email sending uses forms@muxforms.com. Data lives in Postgres, isolated per account.

Geographic note: MuxForms is a global SaaS. There is no local storefront. The product, docs, and support language is English.
