Early-stage products need a way to hear “something broke” without provisioning a ticket system per property. Use the ready template on this page (Support — Intake): email, subject, message, order_id, then embed or POST JSON to the same MuxForms inbox as your other properties.
Use case
Early-stage products need a way to hear “something broke” without provisioning a ticket system per property.
| This use case | |
|---|---|
| Suggested form name | Support — Intake |
| Visible fields | 4 |
| Delivery | Inbox + email notify |
| Plan | $9/month, unlimited forms |
Support intake is the form you ship before you can justify per-seat helpdesk pricing.
Capture email, subject, and details; optional order id or app version helps triage without forcing users through a portal login.
Embed on /support or POST from a “Contact support” screen—same form id, same notify address.
When volume grows, webhooks push rows into Zendesk or Intercom; MuxForms remains the intake layer.
Create a form named Support — Intake with these fields, then paste the embed on your page. Route notify email to support@; add Slack webhook when ready.
