MuxForms provides a hosted form ingest API, embed, and inbox at https://www.muxforms.com for $9/month after checkout, unless we publish a change.
Acceptable use
Do not use MuxForms to phish, send malware, collect data unlawfully, or abuse rate limits. We may suspend accounts that harm the service or other users.
Subscription
Dashboard features require an active subscription. Public form endpoints may continue to accept posts for existing forms; we do not guarantee ingest without a paid plan. Cancel from My account.
Availability
The service is provided as-is. We aim for high uptime but do not offer a formal SLA on the $9 plan.
