MuxForms documentation covers the website embed, the JSON submit API, signed submission webhooks, and setup for Next.js, WordPress, and React Native. Create a form in the dashboard, allow your origins, then paste the embed tag or POST matching field names to the ingest endpoint.

Common questions

Where do I find my form id?
Open the form in the MuxForms dashboard and copy the UUID shown for embed and API use.
Why is my embed submission blocked?
Add the exact site origin (scheme + host) to the form allowlist and ensure the submit token flow is used in the browser.
What Content-Type does the API expect?
application/json with field names that match the published schema.
Do native apps need CORS?
No. Native clients should send the per-form ingest secret instead of relying on browser CORS.
