  2. Start checkout

    Your card is not charged until the 7-day Pro trial ends. Manage payment methods anytime.

  3. Ship forms everywhere

    Embed on sites or POST from apps. Cancel from My account whenever you want—embeds keep ingesting.

What is not extra

There is no per-submission tax and no per-domain add-on. Pro has no seat fees. Slack, Discord, Sheets, and webhooks are included on Team, not sold separately.

If you cancel

Cancel Pro or Team from My account and the Free plan remains, with its form and monthly submission limits. Export submissions from the inbox first if you need a local copy.

Common questions

Are Slack and Zapier extra?
Slack, Discord, Google Sheets, and signed webhooks are included on Team ($29/month), not sold as an add-on. Every plan can use the submit API.
Is there a free tier?
Three plans: Free includes 1 form and 50 submissions per month. Pro is $9/month with unlimited forms and properties (7-day trial after checkout). Team is $29/month with shared workspaces, invites, and submission assignment. Details on the pricing page.
When am I charged?
Free stays $0. Pro or Team checkout starts a 7-day trial. Your card is not charged until that trial ends.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, from My account. After Pro or Team ends, the Free plan remains with its form and submission limits. Export submissions before you need a local copy.
Are there seat or domain fees?
No per-form or per-domain fees. Pro has no seat tax. Team adds a shared workspace with invites, still without a per-submission fee.
Is there annual billing?
Yes. Annual Pro and Team cost 10 months of the monthly price, which is 2 months free.
What payment methods are accepted?
Card checkout is handled by our payment provider; manage billing from My account.
