The MuxForms privacy policy describes what data the service collects when you use the dashboard, submit forms as an end user, or receive email notifications. It covers account information, submission payloads, and how data is processed as a global SaaS hosted on modern cloud infrastructure.

MuxForms (https://www.muxforms.com) is operated as a SaaS form backend. Contact: forms@muxforms.com.
Account email and authentication are handled by Supabase Auth. Form definitions and submission payloads are stored in Postgres so you can read them in the inbox. Notify emails may include submission fields you configured.
Billing identity (email and subscription status) is stored to gate dashboard access. Payment card data is processed by our payment provider, not stored by MuxForms.
Session cookies keep you signed in. MuxForms also loads Google Analytics (gtag.js, measurement ID G-3L1H5FZ7TS) on every page to understand traffic and product usage. Google may set cookies and process IP-derived location. See Google’s privacy policy.
When someone fills your form, you are the controller of that content. MuxForms processes it to deliver the product. Use CORS allowlists and only collect what you need.
Deleting a form deletes its submissions. Deleting your account (contact forms@muxforms.com) removes owner-scoped data we control. Our payment provider may retain invoices per their policy.
